LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) is a graduation level degree. This course has two courses in it. The duration of one course is 3 years and another course is 5 years. The basic eligibility required for studying 3 years LLB course is a graduation level degree in any related stream with minimum 45% from any recognised university. There is 5% relaxation given for reservation candidates. Since you have scored less than 40% in your graduation level degree you cannot study LLB course. If you have secured good marks in your 12th class education and you are really interested in studying LLB course then choose 5 years course.
