Mission Bhumiputra is a new digital effort launched by the Government of Assam to apply online Caste Certificate 2022 to students digitally. The Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma launched the Mission Bhumiputra Portal on the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra in Guwahati on 1st August under the Department of Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes for issuing caste certificates to students through digital means, which will simplify the process and take forward the government’s endeavour of easing public service.
