I was very honoured. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was ok. Unfortunately there was no hot water although we did have a kettle and used this to wash as there were no cups or tea and coffee so I assume it’s to heat he water. Breakfast was awful and staff were rude. Also we were overcharged with our airport transfer. It said on our booking 650. We we’re told 500. Then on the morning they changed it to 900. Then when we got there they tried to charge us 1000 We had checked in at 8.30 am. And went to resturant for breakfast. Mr. Unnasan hotel manager denied even if we were willing to pay he said u will have to order it in your room he will not serve tea here. We were allotted rooms on 5 floor and lift was not working in a group of 13 person there were 4 senior citizens and had 2 small kids. It was a harrasment we all had to climb 6 floor. We ordered tea and coffee in room for 2 cups only 3 pouch containing 5gm...
