The State Government on Tuesday announced a hike in dearness allowance (DA) for its employees. With this, the new DA rate will be 28 per cent, up from 17 per cent. The increase in DA will be applicable from July 1. This decision is in line with the decision taken by the Central Government this month. The proposal related to this was given nod to in Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting. With the increase of DA by 11 per cent more than 3.5 lakh Government employees will be benefitted, at the same time the State Government will bear an expense of `1,000 crore on the exchequer. In view of the Corona epidemic, the Central Government had banned Dearness Allowance from January-2020. Recently, the Central Government had decided to remove the ban on dearness allowance increasing the DA from 17 per cent to 28 per cent. Cabinet Secretary, Vandana Dadel said, “The State Government has decided to increase the DA of State government employees by 11 per cent. The DA will be hiked from existing 17 per cent to 28 per cent.” The hike in DA is seen as a double bonanza for State Government employees as last month, the State Cabinet raised the government’s contribution to the National Pension Scheme to 14 per cent of basic salary from the current 10 per cent. Bhopal News: मध्य प्रदेश (Madhya Pradesh) के 7.50 लाख सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए बड़ी खुशखबरी है.राज्य सरकार अपने कर्मचारियों को 4% महंगाई भत्ता(DA) देने की तैयारी कर रही है. इससे 12 महीने में राज्य कर्मचारियों का DA 22% बढ़कर 38% हो जाएगा. बता दें कि केंद्र ने भी इसी महीने कर्मचारियों के डीए में 4% की बढ़ोत्तरी की है, जिससे उनका डीए बढ़कर 38% हो गया है. इस बढ़े हुए डीए का भुगतान अक्टूबर पेड टू नवंबर की सैलरी में किया जाएगा, लेकिन चूंकि कर्मचारियों को कितना होगा फायदा 4 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी के साथ डीए 34 से बढ़कर 38 प्रतिशत हो जाएगा. इससे कर्मचारियों को प्रतिमाह 620 और अधिकारियों को 8558 रुपए का फायदा होगा. इसके अलावा कर्मचारियों के 3 महीने के एरियर की राशि 1860 रुपए और अधिकारियों की 34232 रुपए सीधे उनहे जनरल प्रोविडिएंट फंड में डाली जा सकती है. डीए में बढ़ोत्तरी से राज्य सरकार पर इस वित्त वर्ष में 700 करोड़ रुपए का अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ेगा. वहीं 1 जुलाई से 30 सितंबर तक का एरियर देने पर सरकार को एकमुश्त 312 करोड़ रुपए खर्च करने होंगे. बता दें कि राज्य कर्मचारियों को कोरोना के बाद से अभी तक पिछले 26 महीनों में बढ़े हुए महंगाई भत्ते का एरियर नहीं दिया गया है. चाहकर भी पेंशनर्स का डीआर नहीं बढ़ा पा रही सरकार बता दें कि एमपी सरकार चाहकर भी पेंशनर्स का महंगाई राहत (DR) नहीं बढ़ा पा रही है. डीआर को बढ़ाने में धारा 49 आड़े आ रही है. दरअसल पेंशनरों का डीआर बढ़ाने के लिए राज्य सरकार को छत्तीसगढ़ से वित्तीय सहमति लेनी होगी. इसकी वजह राज्य पुनर्गठन अधिनियम की धारा 49 है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि दोनों राज्यों में परस्पर वित्तीय मामलों में सहमति होना जरूरी है. इस धारा को खत्म करने के लिए दोनों रा...

DA Hike in MP: मध्य प्रदेश के सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए खुशखबरी है. दरअसल मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने डीए को लेकर बड़ा ऐलान किया है. उन्होंने कहा है कि अब कर्मचारियों का डीए बढ़ाकर 31 फीसदी कर दिया जाएगा. अगले महीने यानि अप्रैल से इसका भुगतान शुरू हो जाएगा. सीएम शिवराज ने किया बड़ा ऐलान अपने 63वें जन्मदिन पर मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह ने महंगाई भत्ते को लेकर बड़ी घोषणा की है. उन्होंने ऐलान किया है कि अब मध्य प्रदेश के सरकारी कर्मचारियों का मंहगाई भत्ता बढ़ाकर 31 प्रतिशत किया जाएगा. सीएम शिवराज ने आगे कहा, "कोरोना महामारी के कारण हम सरकारी कर्मचारियों का DA नहीं बढ़ा पाए, लेकिन अब कर्मचारियों का DA बढ़ाकर 31 प्रतिशत किया जाएगा. इसका भुगतान अप्रैल से शुरू हो जाएगा." कोरोना के चलते नहीं बढ़ा था DA दरअसल मध्य प्रदेश के सरकारी कर्मचारियों को अब केंद्र सरकार के बराबर मंहगाई भत्ता मिल सकेगा. पिछली बार कोरोना वायरस महामारी के चलते आई तंगी की वजह से सरकारी कर्मचारियों का डीए नहीं बढ़ाया गया था. वहीं अब इसे बढ़ाकर 31 फीसदी करने का ऐलान किया गया है. मिलेंगे 25 हजार रुपये यही नहीं इसके साथ सीएम ने अपने जन्मदिन के मौके पर एक और बड़ा ऐलान किया. मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लाडली लक्ष्मी योजना के तहत अब कॉलेज में एडमिशन लेने वाली लाडली लक्ष्मी को एक मुश्त 25 हजार रुपये और दिए जाएंगे, जिससे वे अपनी पढ़ाई और भी बेहतर तरीके से कर सकें.

Madhya Pradesh on Saturday announced a Dearness Allowance (DA) hike of 11 percent to 31 percent for the state government employees. The new rate of Dearness Allowance will come in effect from April. Earlier, the state government employees were getting DA at the rate of 20 percent of their basic salary. Two days ahead of the budget session of Madhya Pradesh Assembly, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said “Due to coronavirus, we could not hike the DA of state government employees. But now it will be hiked to 31 percent and disbursed from April.” According to officials, the state government's decision will benefit nearly 7 lakh employees.
