HOBPAS Haryana login: Register online on Haryana Online Building Plan Approval System Portal

The According to a report by IANS, the Additional Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG), Dr Vaishali Sharma said on November 9, 2021, that no construction within the limits of the MCG will be allowed without an approved building plan. She further said that those engaging in construction activities with any approved plan will have to face action. Talking about the benefits of the Haryana Online Building Plan Approval System (HOBPAS) at a meeting of the Building Plan Review Committee, Dr Vaishali Sharma said that provisional certificate is received within 24 hours of application and construction can be started. At the meeting, it was announced that a special help desk has been set up to provide assistance regarding building plans. Before applying online at this help desk, applicants can get their original documents verified to avoid any rejection.
