The Ashram, spread over an area of 5 Acres in Nainital, founded by Baba Neem Karoli Maharaj in 1970, is Neem Karoli Baba Ashram. In the Ashram, there are 4 temples, and the most important temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The statue installation ceremony of Lord Hanumanji was done by Baba Neem Karoli Ji Maharaj on 10 July 1984. A big statue of God Hanuman soaring about 42 ft. from the roadside level is inside the temple. Two other small rooms in the temple are dedicated to his mother Siddi Maa and her wife Jivanti Maa, the very right corner of the premises of the Ashram, there is another temple, dedicated to Baba Neem Karoli Ji Maharaj. In 2023 an all-night puja begins at sunset on , Saturday February 18 (dark of the moon) and continues with chanting in praise of Lord Shiva until the morning of Sunday February 19 at sunrise. During the puja there are five periods of worship, each followed by prasad.
