O-founders onpassive

I'm commenting for a friend. His comments and concerns are below. I have been trying to get a refund from Onpassive for a week now. I have a different method of payment than when I initially had when I paid. All I wanted to do was to update my method of payment and have the refund issued. The communication from support has been days and days of the same thing. First, support won't fully read my messages and they keep sending the same reply over and over saying to fill out a form but there's NO FORM. I’ve asked them to send me a form, but they completely ignore this request and won’t even acknowledge it. They are saying they will send the refund through Stripe to my original bank card. I have told them every time that that card is no longer available, and I need to update to my new card and that I don't have Stripe in my country. I have asked for a simple email transfer or paypal but they have completely ignored these requests every time too. I'm absolutely floored at how poorly a simple refund is being handled. There's no other option to talk to anyone about this and it seems that they are dragging this out on purpose. If anyone can offer some help with this, I would appreciate it. Thank you. In December 2020 BehindMLM published an article titled “Ash Mufareh still stalling OnPassive launch after 2.5 years”. We’re now at around three and a half years and… OnPassive still hasn’t launched.
