I raised a diagnostic lab test for my daughter on 23 Sep 2021. After several follow up they sent a technician and we paid online.After sample collection for some unknown reason they cancelled the order and I am awaiting reports. After several calls to customer care I have not received a resolution. I had to follow up several time on the technician as they were assigning wrong person. Now it is the issues with report. If they are unable to provide prompt services and wasting our time . This not the first even thrice before they take a booking for the lab tests and provide wrong number of technicians. I will need a resolution and fine them for wasting the customer time on several follow ups.
