The entry fee is Rs. 30 for Palace and Rs. 300 for Museum per pax, which can be bought at dropping / entry point. As tourist vehicles are not allowed till the entry point of City Palace, one has to visit the palace by a small uphill walk. However, E-Cart is available for transfer from dropping point to entry point of the palace @ Rs. 50 per pax. Visit to the museum along with palace is recommended to view and know about the rich royal history. Guides are available @ Rs. 400. The palace complex is big and encompasses courtyards, pavilions, terraces, corridors, rooms and hanging gardens. The palace museum houses several heritage artifacts, which is worth viewing. In addition, the appealing architecture of the palace also provides the visitors glimpses of royal living. One can spent sufficient time in exploring the palace and viewing the interesting artifacts.
