Punjab Police recovered arms and ammunition from Amritpal's vehicle and his aides, who were arrested earlier in the day. More than 75 members of his outfit, Waris Punjab De, have been detained by Punjab Police so far. A CCTV footage shows Amritpal Singh's aides running away from cops during the chase. Punjab advocate general Vinod Ghai told the court that the radical preacher has not yet been arrested. “Therefore, the arguments should be limited to the contentious issues raised in the petition.“The judge asked the AG to file an affidavit on his claim,’’ said the petitioner.
