Student dies after roof of library collapses in Jharkhand's Ranchi

By Satyajeet Kumar: A student was killed after the roof of the central library collapsed in Jharkhand's Ranchi. The incident happened in the library located in the Morabadi T.O.P. area in Ranchi. The deceased student was identified as Mantosh Bediya, a resident of Bhoorkunda. ALSO READ | Angry over the incident, other students caused a traffic jam, after which police arrived at the scene to pacify the enraged students.

Student dies as chunk of Ranchi University's library roof collapses A student died of severe head injuries after a chunk of concrete from the cornice of Ranchi University's central library building fell on him Wednesday afternoon. Mantosh Bedia, who was in his twenties, was rushed to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences where doctors declared him dead.
