Land Record Verification: भारत के एक कृषि प्रधान देश है. देश-दुनिया की खाद्य आपूर्ति के लिए यहां के किसान दिन-रात मेहनत करते हैं. अन्न उपजाने वाले इन अन्नदाताओं की जितनी बड़ी जिम्मेदारी है, उनकी ही ज्यादा मुसीबतें भी सिर पर सवार रहती हैं. बेशक देश ने कृषि क्षेत्र में खास तरक्की कर ली हो, लेकिन अभी भी किसानों के खेत-खलिहान और जमीन पर मालिकाना हक सुरक्षित नहीं है. आए दिनों किसानों की जमीन हड़प ली जाती है या अगल-बगल के खेतों में मिला ली जाती है. यूपी-बिहार में दबंगों की तानाशाही के कारण कई किसानों को अपनी जमीनें गंवानी पड़ी है. ऐसी घटनाओं के खिलाफ अब यूपी सरकार ने खतौनी को रियल टाइम में अपडेट करने का फैसला किया है. इस काम में राजस्व परिषद अहम रोल अदा कर रहा है. खतौनी का रियल टाइम अपडेट खेत की खतौनी के तत्काल अपडेट के लिए राजस्व परिषद के संचालन में नेशनल इंफॉर्मेटिक्स सेंटर एक सॉफ्टवेयर विकसित कर रहा है. ऐसा दावा किया जा रहा है कि एक बार खतौनी अपडेट होने पर अगले 6 साल के लिए वैलिड रहेगी. इस तरह जमीन हड़पने या मालिकाना हक के लिए लड़ाई जैसी घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगेगा ही, किसानों को भी सामाजिक सुरक्षा मिलेगी. सरकार के इस प्रोजेक्ट का फायदा उन किसानों को भी मिलेगा, जो खेती योग्य जमीन को खरीदना चाहते हैं या विस्तार करना चाहते हैं. ऐसे में खरीददार जान पाएंगे कि इस खेत का असली मालिक कौन है. यहां चालू हुआ पायलेट प्रोजेक्ट खतौनी के तत्काल अपडेट के लिए नेशनल इंफॉर्मेटिक्स सेंटर (NIC) ने सॉफ्टवेयर पर काम करना चालू कर दिया है. शुरुआत में इस पायलेट प्रोजेक्ट के तहत यूपी की पांच तहसीलों को कवर किया जा रहा है. इसमें गाजीपुर सदर, सीतापुर की म क्या है खतौनी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि खतौनी एक भूमि अ...

खतौनी को लेकर जहां लोग नाम अंकित करवाने के लिए कई बार तहसील का चक्कर काटते थे लेकिन अब रियल टाइम खतौनी के चलते ऐसा नही करना पडेगा। करछना तहसील में शुक्रवार से शासन के निर्देश पर रियल टाइम खतौनी की सुविधा के लिए प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। इसे लेकर नायब तहसीलदार विनय कुमार द्धिवेदी ने बताया कि पुरानी खतौनियों को अपडेट करने में तीन दिनों का समय लग सकता है किंतु इसके बाद नए सिरे से रियल टाइम खतौनी मिलने लगेगी। इस खतौनी में जमीन लेनदेन करने वाले लोगों का नाम हिस्सा आदि सभी दर्ज होगा और अब इससे बहुत आसानी हो जाएगी।
