बस्ती। भूमि संबंधी विवादों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने अब वास्तविक समय (रियल टाइम) खतौनी का प्रावधान शासन के आदेश पर सभी चार तहसीलों में लागू कर दिया है। इसमें किसी भी प्रकार के नामांतरण आदेश खतौनी में बांयी तरफ प्रदर्शित होगा। अभी तक इसे खतौनी रोस्टर के अनुसार प्रत्येक छह वर्ष पर किया जाता था। जनपद के साढ़े पांच लाख से अधिक किसान इससे लाभान्वित होंगे। डीएम प्रियंका निरंजन ने बताया कि भूमि विवादों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए नई खतौनी प्रस्तावित की गई है। नई खतौनी को न सिर्फ आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड से जोड़ा जाएगा बल्कि भूमि बेचने वाले का नाम खारिज कर खरीददार का नाम भी तत्काल दर्ज होगा। अभी तक नामांतरण खतौनी रोस्टर के अनुसार प्रत्येक छह वर्ष पर किया जाता रहा है। खतौनी खेत के गाटा संख्या के अनुसार बनाई जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि रियल टाइम खतौनी में भूमि की प्रकृति का भी उल्लेख होगा। भूमि संक्रमणीय, असंक्रमणीय, आसामी, सीलिंग पट्टेदार, नवीन परती, आबादी, रास्ता या चकरोड है। इसमें खातेदार का अंश स्पष्ट होने से कृषि योजनाओं और किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड आदि बनवाने के लिए किसान को अलग से हिस्सा प्रमाण पत्र बनवाने की आवश्यकता नहीं रहेगी। साथ ही भूमि के सही खातेदारों के नामों को भी एक क्लिक से पता किया जा सकेगा। डीएम ने कहा कि नई खतौनी में विवादित भूमि का भी उल्लेख होगा। इससे भूमि खरीदते समय उसकी सही स्थिति का पता चल सकेगा। इससे भूमि संबंधी विवादों में कमी आएगी। जल्द ही नई रियल टाइम खतौनी बनाना शुरू किया जाएगा। --- लॉक किए जा रहे हैं राजस्व ग्राम रियल टाइम खतौनी की नोडल अफसर सीआरओ नीता यादव ने बताया कि बस्ती सदर, हर्रैया, भानपुर व रुधौली में नया प्रावधान लागू कर दिया गया है। पहले हफ्ते मे...
