Despite her health condition, the actress turned up for the promotions of her upcoming film, Yashoda. In the interview, Samantha broke silence for the first time about her recovery. She took this opportunity to clear the air, saying that 'she's not dying anytime soon', as few reports claim. She also revealed that she is determined to fight this out. When asked how she handled the recovery phase, Samantha said, "I wish I wanted to say that I used the time productively. It was dark times and very difficult. With high-dose medications and never-ending trips to doctors, my day was occupied. It's okay if you cannot use every day productively. It's okay to fail sometimes.
