• • • धारा-144 क्या है • चुनाव आयोग क्या होता है राज्य सभा (Rajya Sabha kya hai) संविधान के अनुच्छेद 80 के द्वारा राज्य सभा के सदस्यों की अधिकतम संख्या 250 निर्धारित की गई है। इनमें 12 सदस्यों को राष्ट्रपति के द्वारा मनोनीत किया जाता है। जबकि अन्य 238 सदस्य चुनकर आते है। संविधान द्वारा राष्ट्रपति को राज्य सभा के 12 सदस्य मनोनीत करने का अधिकार दिया गया है। राष्ट्रपति साहित्य, विज्ञान, कला, खेल के क्षेत्र के चुनिंदा व्यक्ति को राज्यसभा का सदस्यों नियुक्त कर सकता है। राज्य सभा के सदस्यों का चुनाव जनता के द्वारा अथवा प्रत्यक्ष विधि से नहीं होता है। इसका चुनाव प्रत्येक राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा आनुपातिक प्रतिनिधित्व पद्धति के एकल संक्रमणीय मत के द्वारा होता है। राज्य सभा के लिए सदस्यों की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 30 वर्ष निर्धारित है। राज्य सभा एक स्थायी सदन है। इसका विधटन नहीं होता है। लेकिन इसके एक तिहाई सदस्य प्रत्येक दो वर्ष के बाद सदस्यता से मुक्त हो जाते है। राज्य सभा के सदस्यों का कार्यकाल छः वर्ष का होता है। राज्य सभा का पहली बार गठन 3 अप्रैल 1952 को हुआ था। लोक सभा (Lok Sabha kya hai ) लोक सभा के सदस्यों का चुनाव प्रत्यक्ष विधि से जनता के द्वारा होता है। लोक सभा के सदस्य आम जनता के बीच के व्यक्ति होते है। उनका कार्य आम जनता के हित के लिए लोक सभा में उनके मुद्दे उठाने होते है। वे आम जनता का प्रतिनिधित्व करते है और उनके विश्वास पर ही वे चुनाव में विजय प्राप्त करते है। लोक सभा के लिए सदस्यों की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 25 वर्ष निर्धारित है तथा लोक सभा के सदस्यों का कार्यकाल 5 वर्ष का होता है। संविधान के द्वारा लोक सभा के लिए सदस्यों की अधिकतम संख्या 550 निर्धारित की ...

Because of this, the scores of the region’s outliers have a stronger effect on the region’s average than is the case for other economic communities. The findings on this page show that on the whole, AMU is moderately integrated. AMU differs from other regional economic communities in that its weakness lies in the free movement of people. It performs relatively well on macroeconomic policies. As for the other three dimensions, AMU’s score on trade is moderate: as much as its members may trade outside of Africa, their exports within the region are low. AMU’s score for productive integration averages about the same but members’ scores vary greatly, from near 0 for Mauritania to 0.796 for Tunisia. Tunisia is also AMU’s leader on infrastructural integration, with good flight connections within the region and a good score in the AfDB’s infrastructure index. AMU’s next three performers on infrastructural integration – Algeria, Morocco, and Libya – are grouped around the mid-point. Mauritania scores zero.
