In a release, Ramrei Village Authority informed that the three individuals lost their lives on the ill-fated day of Foni Cyclone (boat capsized) on April 29, 2019 at Ramrei Eco Tourism Park (Mapithel Dam). PWD & YAS Minister, Govindas Konthoujam also attended the programme.
