MP Shahdol Two goods trains collided: मध्यप्रदेश के शहडोल जिले में बुधवार को चलती मालगाड़ी की एक खड़ी मालगाड़ी से टक्कर होने के बाद पटरी से उतर जाने की घटना में रेलवे के एक कर्मचारी की मौत हो गयी, जबकि पांच अन्य घायल हो गये. शहडोल की जिला कलेक्टर वंदना वैद्य ने बताया कि मालगाड़ी दुर्घटना में घायल हुए रेल कर्मियों में से एक की मौत हो गयी. उन्होंने कहा कि पांच अन्य घायलों में से दो की हालत गंभीर है और स्थानीय सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज में उनका इलाज चल रहा है. 10 ट्रेनों को किया गया रद्द रेलवे सूत्रों ने बताया कि मरने वाला 48 वर्षीय व्यक्ति खड़ी मालगाड़ी का लोको पायलट था. दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि सिग्नल ओवरशूट के कारण यह घटना सिंहपुर स्टेशन के पास सुबह करीब 6 बजकर 50 मिनट पर हुई जिससे बिलासपुर-कटनी रेल मार्ग पर यातायात बाधित हो गया. सिंहपुर रेलवे स्टेशन बिलासपुर रेल मंडल के तहत आता है. कटनी मध्यप्रदेश और बिलासपुर पड़ोसी छत्तीसगढ़ में स्थित है. उन्होंने कहा कि इस रूट पर चलने वाली कम से कम 10 ट्रेनों को रद्द कर दिया गया है. अधिकारी ने बताया कि इस घटना में लौह अयस्क से लदी चलती मालगाड़ी के आठ डिब्बे और एक इंजन पटरी से उतर गया. दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे के अधिकारी ने पहले बताया था कि इस घटना में दो लोको पायलटों सहित छह रेल कर्मियों को चोट लगी है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक रेल यातायात बहाल करने के प्रयास चल रहा है और राहत अभियान जारी है.
