The College Library has a well-stocked fully computerized with the latest editions of books by eminent authors & is having a huge collection of books on management, banking, and information technology to cater to the needs and requirements of the faculty as well as students. Our library is well equipped with a reprography facility. The Library is using Koha Software. A database of almost all the books has been created. Some of the library facilities such as cataloging, OPAC search has already been computerized. Staff members and students can search the database of the books available in the library by author, title, Subjects, etc. The library collection includes books on Management, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and books on general interest, etc. The library also has a collection of reference books such as subject-related dictionaries; encyclopedias etc. for in-house use, Newspapers in English and Hindi are available for in-house reading. The library is regularly updating its collection with new knowledge resources. In addition to this, we are providing DELNET(Developing Library Network) login to students as well as faculty. Delnet promotes sharing of resources among the libraries by developing a network of libraries by collecting, storing, and disseminating information and offering computerized services to the users. About Us Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) was established in 1999 by Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), which is running a large number of educational institutes, besides carrying out large number of religious and social activities. GTBIT is a degree level technical institute, approved by AICTE and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Very nice college and always helping staff. I studied with ece from gtbpi, i must say all my 3 years are excellent. Teachers have great knowledge and a very good behaviour. I just disappointed with placement facility because 90% students don’t get placed in 2016. But we still get a nice job by other options because our teachers make us able to get a best job. Must go for it if you want to study they will definitely with you. It's a Decent institute. The co-curricular societies are nice, collaborative and can help you in getting good exposure.Academics are based on GGSIPU syllabus. IT,CSE,Ai-ML/DS are the branches of engineering available.Being in Delhi allows good exposure to different fields. Infrastructure fulfills the requirements but needs improvement.
