Jain Subodh PG (Autonomous) College, Jaipur was established under the auspices of 1954 with an aim to provide value based higher education and contribute towards holistic development of the society. The Shiksha Samiti itself was established in 1918 and will be completing 100 years of its successful journey in 2018. Starting from a primary school, the philanthropic visionaries slowly nurtured the sapling into a grand Banyan tree with 18 institutions with 32,000 students under its shade providing education at different levels and in different streams. Placements The quality of place in my college was not good and up to the mark. We got really once in a lifetime opportunity. Students with average marks of 50% can get the placement with a minimum salary of 1,20,000 P.a. We hardly got any news about placement and college authorities were less supportive. College Infrastructure Ground is good but everything else is very poor. Canteen is highly suffocating (only one entry/exit gate in the canteen, not a single window, all the exhaust fans of the classrooms opens in the canteen only). Drinking water is not clean. Washrooms are not clean enough, they do not contain even soaps. Most of the washrooms are locked from outside with cause a lot of inconvenience to students. Value for Money Course fees for B.Sc. is around 22,000/yr. But the facilities provided are not worth it. As I mentioned above lack of sanitation, lots of suffocation in canteen area, also in class rooms we feel very uncomfortable during summers because their is lack of cooling facilities. They have installed jammers in the college which cause a lot of inconvenience in mobile networks. Campus Life Area of the college is quite big enough. Its is located on the very main road (Rambagh Circle) which is one of the busiest place of Jaipur. There are lots of activities in the college but before you came to know about them their last date is over. The circulation of these type of notices are very very poor. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science is a Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
