STS National Database

Established in 1989 to provide CT surgeons with tools for quality improvement and patient safety, the STS National Database has become the gold standard for clinical registries. Containing data on more than 8.8 million patients from 4,300 surgeons, the Database is a true clinical benchmark, allowing hospitals and CT surgeons to identify best practices and potential gaps, and evaluate their performance against national and regional competitors. Since the Database is updated in real time, participants can monitor progress and make decisions on a day-to-day basis. The STS Adult Cardiac Surgery Database (ACSD) is the world's premier clinical outcomes registry for adult cardiac surgery. Launched in 1989, the Database contains more than 7.5 million cardiac surgery procedure records and currently has nearly 3,800 participating physicians, including surgeons and anesthesiologists. STS ACSD Public Reporting has been refreshed and is now available on the ACSD Longitudinal Outcomes Dashboard STS has developed a first-of-its-kind, interactive, data-driven tool for ACSD participants. The new ACSD Longitudinal Outcomes Dashboard is flexible and allows you to display, manipulate, and synthesize your own data in ways that have never been available before. What is Azure AD's STS url?

I heard that Azure AD supports WS-Trust authentication protocol. However, I couldn't find anywhere the information about the STS url. In WS-Trust, clients need a STS in order to get the assertion (SOAP message) before sending it to Service Providers. In ADFS, the STS endpoints are: • • Please advise which STS url should be used in Azure AD. Thanks. As I understand the pattern: "http://adfs.test.com/adfs/services/trust" is replaced by "https://sts.windows.net//13/kerberosmixed" Normally the metadata exchange URL should provide information about all "" including Usernamemixed and Kerberosmixed. Please advise. I think that is the Federation metadata, not Exchange metadata. I checked to content and it is for SAML authentication, not WS-Trust. In ADFS, there are two separate metadata URLs: • Federation metadata (for SAML): • Exchange metadata (for WS-Trust): Not sure how Azure AD handles the Exchange metadata URLs. I'm confused. You can find the supported endpoints that AAD listens on under: Azure AD ---> App Registrations ---> Endpoints Also would like to share that since Exchange Online is a First Party SaaS application its already pre-configured with AAD. In case of ADFS only the configuration with Exchange Online comes into picture. Hope this helps. Do let us know if this helps and if there are any more queries around this, please do let us know so that we can help you further.
