About Us

Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA) is a National Sports Association affiliated to the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) and Sport Singapore (SportSG). On the international front, STTA is a member of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), Commonwealth Table Tennis Federation (COMTAB), Asian Table Tennis Union (ATTU) and the South East Asia Table Tennis Association (SEATTA). Under the Sports Excellence 2000 scheme, table tennis was selected as one of the 7 core sports in Singapore. With the support from SportSG, STTA had made tremendous progress over the years. The STTA provides the athletes with the best possible facilities, amenities and environment for developing the sports and to reach their maximum sporting potential. Highly qualified coaches are employed to raise the standard of the athletes from the national squad and youth development programmes. Professional sparring partners are also recruited to spar with the national paddlers. These efforts coupled with the systematic training programmes, enables our national paddlers to deliver exceptional results. The STTA is committed to its mission: To develop world class table tennis players by identifying, nurturing and motivating aspiring table-tennis talents to become the best that they could be. Who Is The STTA? The South Texas Trials Association is an in the USA), corner of the motorcycle world. The STTA is one of several trials clubs in Texas. Cooperatively, the clubs organize events such as the Texas State Series, Summer Series, and Vintage Series, held across the state. Individually, clubs host events such as the Novice Cup, President’s Cup, Hot Dog Trial, and Harvest Classic Rally. Preparation for such events comes through regular practice This is where membership in a riding club pays off. Most Saturdays, you will find STTA members practicing together. The comradery is something we treasure thus genuinely welcome new members to the group. Where Do We Ride? The STTA has a long standing, and mutually beneficial, relationship with the One of the key features of Rio Bravo is Green’s Bayou spanning the western edge of the property. Over many years, with a great deal of sweat, and a measurable amount of blood, STTA members have hand-carved a large riding area along the banks of the bayou, as well as elsewhere across the property. Since our club self-maintains our riding areas, separate from the other riding disciplines that Rio Bravo supports, we benefit from a unique arrangement regarding Rio Bravo membership and per day ride cost.
