We (group of 22) travelled Delhi- We boarded the bus from majnu ka tilla, seats were dirty,pre-used blankets were provided,the so called free WiFi was outsourced to another agency and was free for only half hour, so many personal screens was not working and so many ear phones was not working. Staff was very rude they don’t even know how to talk. The medium bag kept in the luggage storage was charged 20 rupees ,later on the way the bus picked up vegetables and fruits in large quantity for transportation business. The same thing happened on the reverse trip also turning the bus into a goods carrier at the cost of the passenger. The driver also stopped at chandigarh and other location to transact his personnel business, but not stopped when we asked for natural calls. And above all worst staff....which will not help you when you need them the most. They provide only 1 driver which was very rude whole night he drived the bus on the sake of passengers life by regularly taking some narcotics. SWAGTAM Holidays BUS is the WORST......avoid them at all cost....they will ruin you holiday from day one.
