We flew Indigo from Bangalore to Baghdogra and the hotel vehicle was waiting for the pick up. The drive was just over an hour and very comfortable. We stayed at Taj Chia Kutir, Darjeeling from June 5th till 9th & had a peaceful & enjoyable stay. The view was moderate with a relaxing ambience. Received very warm hospitality from the staffs with personal touch specially Mr. Kaustav Kundu, Ms. Prerana, Ms. Lokam & the boys who were in the dining area & house keeping were also very attentive and sincere which made our stay comfortable & enjoyable !! In overall management lack of coordination noted & it needs to be addressed to become at par with the management standards of Taj. In totality, we enjoyed our stay & may return some day again.
