Invited candidates were issued targeted Notification of Interest (NOI) who may qualify for Express Entry’s Skilled Trades stream. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required in this targeted draw was 250-489. Candidates within this CRS score range were issued NOIs in this latest Ontario PNP draw. This is the fourth invitation round conducted by Ontario for Skilled Trades stream candidates in 2023.
