The Alwarpet-based Kauvery Hospital said Chandramouli was brought to the hospital after he suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday night. He underwent extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and angioplasty at the hospital before dying of multiple organ failure at 8.22 am. “Chandramouli Reddy was brought to our emergency room after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest on 18 December 2022… He is in an extremely critical state and is on multiple organ support,” a medical bulletin said on Monday.
