Dear Urban Company, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your customer helpline. As a loyal premium user of your services, I expected a higher level of assistance and promptness when encountering issues. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact your customer helpline regarding a payment issue related to my booking have been in vain,... Dear Team, My ID got blocked without informing about anything. I even don't know the exact reason. I visited the Hyderabad office many times to know the reason of blocking. But instead of giving solution the whole category managers are not at all responding even i visit the office. They were asking me to wait lot of time to meet the category manager. He convinced me that i can pay him directly an amount of 2300 and he will be responsible for any fault. The AC just worked fine for a day and there after there is no cooling We called Shazad and he denied to come and check even though we told him that it just worked for a day. I booked deep cleaning AC service from URBAN COMPANY and the professional came on 1st April and he didn't check the AC not even gas check which is included in the package. He just came and cleaned the AC with foam spray and water jet. After the service was done, I'm facing water leakage issue from AC, I did request for a revisit on 10th April and there was no professional assigned and the professional visited next day that is today on 11 April and after he checked the AC gas, he said the gas has been reduced and the AC was not cleaned properly. Now the URBAN COMPANY is offering 200/- for this gas refill and asking me to pay 2749 for gas refill. I want to file a complaint regarding URBAN COMPANY because in the warranty claim they mentioned it can be claimed within 30 days and Amount upto 10, 000 will be taken care of if there is any damage happened after the service. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I booked for 3 of my AC servicing with Urban company on 9th March. The technician Mohd Shazad told me that my split AC requires a gas filling as there is low cooling due to leakage. He convinced me that i can pay him directly an amount of 2300 and he will be responsible for any fault. The AC just worked fine for a day and there after there is no cooling We called Shazad and he denied to come and check even though we told him that it just worked for a day. We feel cheated by this technician and regret taking services from Urban company. 2300 is not a small amount we have spent. Mr. Shaikhshan mohammad had come to repair the ac on 21st may. He took 2500 for gas filling. Within one month there was no gas. Urban company is big fraud and its employees are boorish and exhibit bad behaviour.
