As of April 19, 2023 I was able to run the latest release of VSCodium 1.77.3.23102 32-bit build from the ZIP archive on 64-bit Windows 7 SP1. Note, I did not test on 32-bit Windows 7 but I imagine the 32-bit builds should run as well.
