Warriors Summer League Schedule: Where and when will they play?

by 1 week ago The Warriors will need Summer League to get developmental reps for their 2023 first-round pick and other young players. When and where will they be playing? The Warriors’ Summer League team may look a little bit different this year. Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga starred and were the focus of the team the past two summers but both are likely experienced enough that they’ll be allowed to skip the event this year. That leaves the likely centerpieces of the roster as Patrick Baldwin Jr. and Ryan Rollins, both going into their second season. In addition, the Warriors’ roster will likely include the players they select with the No. 19 pick in this year’s draft. Baldwin, in particular, should be interesting to follow. He appeared in just 31 games for a total of 226 minutes as a rookie but impressed with his combination of size and shooting touch, averaging 19.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists per 36 minutes, shooting 38.1 percent from beyond the arc. Warriors Summer League schedule: The Warriors will be participating in two different NBA Summer League events. On July 3 and July 5, they’ll be playing in the California Classic Summer League — a six-team tournament in Sacramento that will also include the Kings, Heat, Hornets, Lakers and Spurs. The Warriors will only play two games in this tournament — against the Kings on July 3 and against the Hornets on July 5. Beginning on July 7, the Warriors will be in Las Vegas with the other 29 NBA teams for the NBA2K24...
