3 Arrested Over Allegations Of Leaking Obscene Videos Of 60 Girls In CU Hostel: What Happened At Chandigarh University?

Following massive protests in the Chandigarh University campus of Punjab’s Mohali district, the police has arrested three persons in connection with the alleged leak of intimate videos of over 60 girls from the hostel. The videos were allegedly recorded while the girls were taking a bath in their hostel. Massive protests broke out at the Chandigarh University campus on Saturday and continued till 2 am Monday. Students ended their protests after they were assured by the state administration and police of a fair investigation. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has also ordered a high level probe into the matter. The three persons who were arrested include the female student who is accused of recording and sharing obscene videos of girls from the Chandigarh University hostel, her 23-year-old boyfriend Sunny Mehta and a 31-year-old man.
