Upgrading my windows 7 to 11

Hello Simoning My Name is Roger Stevens an independent advisor. You cannot directly use windows 7 key on windows 11. You will need to install windows 10 first and then activate it after that windows 11 can be installed as an upgrade onto it. You can check this thread for more information on how to install Normally a product key is bound to the product version, like here Win 7. You are a little bit late for free upgrading. And Win 7 directly to Win 11 is not possible. Purchase a new Win 11 license and do a clean new setup. Important: Check first if you hardcare is fully supported by Win11, otherwise forget the idea of an upgrade. You've to first upgrade Windows 7 Ultimate > Windows 10 Pro. Then you can go Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro. But upgrade to Windows 11 Pro is subject to meet system requirements. You can use official PC Health Check app to determine Windows 11 eligibility: If you're system doesn't meet requirements, as per Microsoft: Installing Windows 11 on PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates. Read more here: Hope this helps!
