पंतप्रधान आवास योजनेअंतर्गत (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - PMAY) म्हाडाने वसई येथे सुरक्षा स्मार्ट सिटी या खाजगी सहकारी भागीदारी (PPP) तत्त्वावर आधारित निवासी प्रकल्प नोंदणी प्रक्रिया सुरु आहे. या प्रकल्पात अत्यल्प गटासाठी 45,172 तर अल्प उत्पन्न गटासाठी 30,829 सदनिका उपलब्ध होणार आहेत. त्याचबरोबर म्हाडाच्या कोकण मंडळाच्या माध्यमातून शिरढोण, पालघर येथील पंतप्रधान आवास योजनेतील घरांसह कोकण मंडळाच्या विरार येथील 1200 घरांची सोडत जूनमध्ये जाहिरात काढण्यात येणार आहे. विरार येथील 1200 घरांची सोडत म्हाडाच्या कोकण मंडळाच्या माध्यमातून पीएमएवाय (PMAY) योजनेतील शिरढोण, पालघर येथील आणि कोकण मंडळातील विरार येथील 1200 घरांची जूनमध्ये जाहिरात काढण्यात येणार आहे. कोकण मंडळाच्या माध्यमातून 44 हजार घरांची उभारणी असून बहुतांश प्रकल्पात गृहखरेदीदारांना डायरेक्ट क्रेडिट लिंक सबसिडी योजना (credit linked subsidy scheme) देण्यात येणार आहे. पीएमवाय योजनेसह कोकण मंडळांतर्गत वसई, विरार, मीरा-भाईंदर, ठाणे येथील घरांचाही समावेश असेल. म्हाडाने जून महिन्यात जाहिरात आणि त्यानंतर जुलै महिन्यात सोडत काढण्याचे नियोजन केले आहे. सुरक्षा स्मार्ट सिटी प्रकल्प काय आहे? MHADA: सार्वजनिक खाजगी भागीदारी (PPP) मॉडेलच्या माध्यमातून वसई येथे बांधली जाणार 75,981 परवडणारी घरे सार्वजनिक खाजगी भागीदारी (PPP) मॉडेलच्या माध्यमातून वसई (Vasai) येथे येत्या काही वर्षांत सुमारे 75,981 परवडणारी घरे तयार केली जाणार आहेत. महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण आणि क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण (MHADA) ने शुक्रवारी पत्रकार परिषदेच्या माध्यमातून ही माहिती दिली. सार्वजनिक खाजगी भागीदारी (PPP) मॉडेलच्या माध्यमातून वसई (Vasai) येथे येत्या काही वर्षांत सुमारे 75,981 परवडणारी घरे तयार केली जाणार आहेत. महाराष्ट्र गृहनिर्माण आणि क्षेत्र विकास प्राधिकरण (MHADA) ने शुक्रवारी पत्रकार परिषदेच्या माध्यमातून ही माहिती दिली. बांधण्यात येणाऱ्या एकूण घरांपैकी 27,000 घरे आर्थिकदृष्ट्या दुर्बल घटक (EWS) गटासाठी राखीव असतील तर 17,000 घरे अल्प उत्पन्न गट (LIG) वर्गासाठी उपलब्ध करून दिली जातील. ही घरे म्हाडाच्या 22.50 लाख रुपयांच्या म्हाडाच्या किमतीनुसार विकली जातील, असेही म्हाडाने म्हटले आहे. म्हाडाद्वारे राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या या प्रकल्पाला 'सुरक्षा स्मार्ट सिटी' (Suraksha Smart City) असे नाव देण्यात आले असून त्याद्वारे ही अनेक परवडणारी घरे निर्माण होतील. म्हाडा ही प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (PMAY) रिअल इस्टेट विकास प्रकल्पांसाठी महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील नोडल एजन्सी आहे. त्यामुळे म्हाडाने वसई पूर्वेला येणाऱ्या संकल्पनात्मक सल्लागार सेवा एलएलपी कंपनीच्या सुरक्षा स्मार्ट सिटी प्रकल्पाच्या प्रस्तावाला मंजुरी दिली आहे. स्टेशनपासून फक्त 1.4 किमी अंतरावर 360 एकर जमिनीवर हा प्रकल्प विकसित केला जाणार आहे. 75,981 घरे बांधली जातील. एकूण 45,172 घरे EWS श्रेणीचा भाग असतील आणि एकूण 30,829 घरे कमी उत्पन्न गटातील लोकांसाठी ...

I / We shall only market the project by giving the marketing collaterals provided by the company. • e) I/We shall mention MAHARERA Registration Number and also project Registration Number under MAHARERA in all presentations either for website /public platform/marketing material or such other material. • f) In an event it appears that the Broker has in anyway misrepresented the project details and/or over committed any amenity/facility which is not there on the MAHARERA website then the Broker shall only be responsible to make good any loss that may be caused to the company. Further the company may at its option cancel the registration of Broker. • g) I / We shall raise the invoice post the customer completing the stamp duty and registration formalities. • h) The decision of the management team of Suraksha Smart City will be final and binding upon all.
