I paid ($89.99) for one year subscription for the basic Tamil package which included (4) ******* Tamil channels (Jaya Plus, Jaya, Jaya *** and Jaya Movies). The subscription started on 1/8/2023. But from 4/1/2023 these Jaya Tamil channels vanished from their service. And they are not working till today(5/2/2023). I made several calls and chatted many times. The agents simply kept saying that it would be resolved soon. But the issue is not resolved till today(5/2/2023)Finally, I gave up and asked them to cancel my subscription and refund the balance money in my account to me. But they are saying that it is not possible to cancel/refund one year subscription. My point is, they should either provide the service as promised or refund the money. They are doing neither. Though I don't want to cancel, I have to cancel the subscription because of their failure to provide the service.
