ASIANET BROADBAND IS THE WORST !! CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.Asianet promised me 50mbps speed and most of the time I get 100-500 kbps, which is very frustrating.There is no use contacting the customer service. They resolve the ticket without solving the issue.WORST NETWORK EVER USED.This is 2021 and if Asianet cannot provide a stable connection, then what kind of a broadband service is it. Stop doing this!!!! Not even single star deserved. To make a complaint against lost connection, they took sweet 7 minutes to answer the call. After answering, the lady told the complaint would be resolved within 24 hours (maximum).If it was a local cable network, they would have sent the men immediately to resolve. Horrible.. Disappointed!! Customer service representatives are totally irresponsible. Better you should arrange training programs like quality customer services for your staffs.As a customer we expect minimum response from the company.Its been a couple of weeks we requested for a new connection til yet we didnt get any response from them.what a damn staffs. I had taken a combo pack of asianet cable and broadband for Rs.350/- plus taxes in March 2021 or sRs 150 for broadband and Rs.200 for cable connection.Now they are raising bill for Rs.499/- which is the current plan running.When contacted the customer care they are arguing that I had taken a plan for Rs.499/-Very pathetic situation from a reputed firm Worst service ever! With respect to the new trai tariff for channel seldection, i have chosen the channels (Including pay channels, and paid the money as well) in the beginning of february. On feburary 27th, i got two messages like 'since i have not chosen the channels, we are migrating your pack to an adjacent pack' and that 'i need to pay rs. 440/- as channel subscription'. And when i checked my transaction details, it shows I do not understand who gave the authority to I have mailed their customer care email : [protected]@asianetindia.com on february 28th. On next day (March 1st), i have contacted customer care via phone. They have informed me that they have checked with technical team and within next day evening i will get response and my issue will be resolved. Today morning (March 5th) i have escalated the same to customer care in charge and nodal officer. But everything went in deaf ears as i have received nothing not even a single mail or call from customer care till now. I hereby request your help to immediately revert what ever changes Also, i request your help to instruct Please find my customer details.
