On May 8, 2012 I purchased a Stanley Fatmax 700/350 Amp Jump Starter W/120 Psi Compressor (j7cs) from Eazy to Deals for $45.00. After a week, when no status or tracking information had been provided, I began trying to contact Eazy to Deals and their agent, NGUYEN THI NGOAN, via their phone or emails (****************** / ************************} with no success. With NO response from either party, after numerous requests for tracking information, I requested cancellation of this order (#************* ) & full refund. Again I received no reply. Then, after waiting for over a month, I filed a claim with Paypal. Within the hour I received my only delivery notification from FEDEX. But the package never arrived. My claim with Paypal was denied because Eazy to Deals claims that the package was delivered. I reached out to FEDEX who investigated (Case#: **********) and discovered that THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN MISLABELED BY THE SELLER. i presented this information to Eazy to Deals & ****** *** *****in an effort to obtain a full refund but neither will respond to any of my communications. I further learned that the shipment wasn't sent through Eazy to Deals but through WALMART. Ordered on someone else's account other than Eazy to Deals or ****** *** *****.
