The product is easy to setup and well made. Packaging was great as well. The only reason for reducing a star is them asking a 5 star review for an extended warranty. This is unethical, hence 4 stars. Seller you already have a great product why try to undermine it's value for fake reviews. Attaching pics. I replaced my 4 burner gas stove to buy this & found this quite sturdy, easy to clean & efficient. I've saved a lot of space on kitchen platform & so far quite happy after using for past month or so. I'm writing back after about 3 months of use & opinion has changed..the knobs of the gas stove had gone very tight to operate. It was a really painful experience to get support as Amazon team as usual have not published any contacts for support & were not supporting inspite of several calls & message to both Amazon & Seller. Finally after about 7 days it was serviced only after escalations & follow-ups. Amazon needs to really put in a proper process.
