Snow City Singapore

Bought 2hrs ticket from KKday, and booked 2-4pm slot for myself and my 3yo nephew As per snowcity website, jacket and snow boots are complimentary..we paid for the gloves as it is really cold inside Best for little kids to wear waterproof pants (&bring extra socks! As the fake snow will get into their shoes and wet their socks) The place was not well maintained, jacket had spoilt zips and incorrect sizes were given to us (eg: my nephew shoes was 28&29, and he got two left handed gloves) But the little one didn’t care about the fittings and had fun in the cold As we had belongings, we would need to pay 2 x $1 for one locker and if you need water, we need to repay the $2 for the locker which was abit troublesome and costly Our 2nd locker couldn’t admit the 2nd $1 coin, and doesn’t allow refund of the 1st $1 coin. The staff had to come and give us another locker. We didn’t buy tickets for the bumper car, we thought we can buy at the ride area, but we had to exit to the main reception and purchase the tickets before heading back in. The pathway was narrow and slippery, and the ride was less than 5mins! Tired and in need of an overhaul. Great idea/concept in Singapore but very much needing an entire refurbishment. Family of x4 (x2 adults and x2 children 3yrs & 4yrs old). A few small areas of ‘snow’ with props designed really just for photographs (& photographers everywhere as no personal cameras/phones allowed). One large ice slope with inflatable tubes for sliding ...

5 Things to Know Before Visiting Snow City Singapore

Snow City is Singapore’s permanent indoor snow centre. Located at Science Centre Singapore, when you strip it down, it is a huge refrigerator where you can transit from the sweltering heat of Singapore’s tropical climate to 5 degree Celsius cold temperatures. Snow City is a sure-hit with young kids, offering them a unique experience in Singapore. However, before you head to the frigid cold at the freezer box in Jurong, here are 5 things to know before visiting Snow City Singapore. 1. Wear Socks Admission charges to Snow City Singapore includes complimentary use of winter boots. You will need to wear these boots around the Snow Chamber inside Snow City. For hygiene purposes, remember to bring a pair of socks to use with these boots. If you have forgotten, socks are available for purchase at $2.60 for child and $3.00 for adult over the counter. 2. Bring Gloves and Waterproof Pants (or Rent Them) It may be stating the obvious but you must wear long pants to enter into the Snow Chamber at Snow City. Story continues below... The use of winter jackets are provided as part of the admission charges to Snow City. These jackets may not be the most fashionable but at least they will keep your body warm. In addition, we recommend wearing gloves and waterproof pants too. Gloves will keep your fingers from being chilled to the bone. If you are planning to slide down Snow City’s slope on the snow tube, the waterproof pants will keep you from walking around with a soggy bottom afterwards....

Snow City (Bengaluru)

During the summer months, Snow City is the best to get some relief from the heat. It is made with artificial snow which is safe as they have used eco-friendly techniques. Also, it has a 5D theatre which is another attraction in the theme park. Moreover, you do not need to carry any of your woolen garments such as sweaters, jackets, gloves, and boots. All of these are available at the entrance. if its for kids just make sure your kid is ok with cold whether bcos they may not like after going inside and you will be forced to come out. Also the ice usually goes inside your shoes and make your leg freeze and usually kids will start crying. Regarding the pricing its all day same and in the website they mention its 400Rs on Wednesday all schedule but they mislead you and say its only for advance booking and only for online not on counter. So on counter its all day same 650Rs. Coming to the pricing i feel its really over charged and not at all a worth of it. 650Rs eventually you will be paying for 30 to 45 min so the same amount can be utilized for much more fun for any other games or activity. My nephew never saw the snow and I wanted him to feel the thrill of snow and cold weather, so we decided to go to Snow City. The ticket allows you the fun for 45 min but if you are not used to snow, you might shorten your time. They let you enter every 45 min so that it doesnt get crowded. They also give you jacket, gloves and boots, however, you have never been in cold weather or snow, I ...
