Jaipur News: राज्य सरकार के आला अफसर सरकार की ही आंखों में धूल झोंकने का काम कर रहे हैं. आबकारी विभाग के अफसरों ने शराब निर्माता कंपनियों से एडवांस एक्साइज ड्यूटी के पेटे करीब 584 करोड़ रुपये अतिरिक्त जमा कर लिए, लेकिन फिर भी अफसर टारगेट पूरा नहीं कर सकें. रोचक बात यह है कि राजस्व लक्ष्य पूरा करने में 1,173 करोड़ रुपये से पिछड़ने पर भी विभाग के किसी अफसर की जिम्मेदारी तय नहीं की गई. क्यों फेल हुए सरकार के अफसर, क्या अब वित्त विभाग करवाएगा? वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में राज्य सरकार ने आबकारी विभाग को 15 हजार करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व लक्ष्य दिया था, चूंकि कोविड इफैक्ट खत्म हो चुका था. ऐसे में राज्य सरकार इस बात को लेकर आश्वस्त थी, कि आबकारी विभाग इस राजस्व लक्ष्य को पूरा करने में सफल रहेगा. अप्रैल से जून की पहली तिमाही के आंकड़े वित्त विभाग के अफसरों को खुश करने वाले थे, लेकिन जुलाई की बारिश ने जैसे आबकारी विभाग के अफसरों के अरमानों पर भी पानी फेर दिया. राजस्व में एक साथ गिरावट दिखने लगी, जो कि मार्च 2023 तक भी नहीं सुधर सकी. आबकारी विभाग मार्च में भरकस प्रयासों के बावजूद भी केवल 13327 करोड़ रुपये तक ही पहुंच सका. हालांकि विभाग के राजस्व में गिरावट को देखते हुए वित्त विभाग ने भी छूट दी थी. आबकारी विभाग के राजस्व लक्ष्य को 15 हजार करोड़ से घटाकर 14500 करोड़ रुपये कम कर दिया था. 500 करोड़ की राहत दिए जाने के बावजूद भी आबकारी विभाग लक्ष्य हासिल करने में विफल रहा. यह हाल तो तब रहे जब आबकारी विभाग के अफसरों ने वित्त विभाग के आला अफसरों की आंखों में धूल झोंकने के भरसक प्रयास किए. राजस्व लक्ष्य पूरा दिखाने को खेल ! आबकारी विभाग के अफसरों ने राजस्व लक्ष्य पूरा दिखाने को खेल किया. शराब निर्मात...

शिमला: हिमाचल के आबकारी विभाग ने इस वित्त वर्ष में 1004 करोड़ रुपए का कर एकत्र किया है जो कि पिछले साल की तुलना में 13 फीसदी अधिक है. बीते साल में यह इस अवधि में 890 करोड़ रुपए थे. मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने कहा कि सरकार ने निरंतर निगरानी, टैक्स रिटर्न की शीघ्र जांच, वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी) ऑडिट को समय पर पूरा करने और कर अधिकारियों की कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग पर विशेष बल दिया है, इसके चलते कर में यह बढोतरी हुई है. '1.85 लाख ई-वे बिल का हुआ वेरिफिकेशन': मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार राज्य में कर सुधारों लागू करने की दिशा में सक्रियता के साथ कार्य कर रही है. इसका मकसद करदाताओं को स्वेच्छा से कर के उचित हिस्से का योगदान करने के लिए प्रेरित करना है. सरकार ने वर्तमान वित्त वर्ष के दौरान 13 लाख ई-वे बिलों के वेरिफिकेशन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है. इस दिशा में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति हुई है. जिसके अंतर्गत सरकार द्वारा 1.85 लाख ई-वे बिल वेरिफाई किए गए. उन्होंने कहा कि इस वित्त वर्ष के पहले दो महीनों में उल्लंघनकर्ताओं से जुर्माने के रूप में 92 लाख रुपये वसूल किए गए हैं.
