Unclean, stuffy air, overcrowded, aged furniture, poor quality food, lack of choice for food, no bottled water, looks like a waiting room of a small town bus station, only paper cups even for boiling hot water. Don't bother with this lounge. It could have been a good experience (despite the place was really crowded) if not a terrible food intoxication that my husband got after visiting the lounge on 12/04/2023. He didn't eat anywhere else during the whole day, only in the lounge. He felt so bad during almost 12h that we were obliged to cancel our onward flight and buy new tickets for later. Who's going to be responsible? The personnel of the lounge was very charming, but how can it help if your plans have been ruined because of food poisoning. The toilets were not clean enough, they are actually much better outside of the lounge. This is the worst lounge i have ever been to. It was overcrowded, the worst possible hygiene level, dirty floor, food looked inedible. What is real surprising is that it part of American Express Platinum card list. I expected better from Amex. Surprising that they do not have Centurion Lounge in International Departures ( They have it in Domestic Departures - GREAT LOUNGE). NEVER VIST THIS LOUNGE AGAIN.
