OpenLDAP to Active Directory Migration Procedure

Hi What would be the procedure when migrating from Open LDAP to a New Active Directory Environment. The current environment consists of a Total of 300 Users with 250 Workstations and 50 Notebooks. It will be necessary that user profiles are migrated to Active Directory as well. Currently on Open LDAP user profiles are saved locally on each PC therefore this will need to be migrated too. Also what would happen to users existing login password?Appreciate if some light could be given on the procedure to migrate in this scenario? Will there be a requirement for a third party tool to transfer profiles? In addition the environment consists of a Zimbra mail server being used by these users however as of now no integration is required until Active Directory migration is complete. Appreciate some help Regards Hi, As far as I know, ADMT can be used to migrate OpenLDAP to Active Directory. Locally stored user profiles on workstations can be migrated as well, presenting almost no disruption to the user.
