The professional biker was filming a video for his channel and attempting to reach a speed of 300 kilometers on his racing bike when the accident took place. The accident happened when Agastya’s Kawasaki bike hit the divider. The video of his final moments have been shared on social media and it shows how his bike toppled over and he was thrown on the divider. He died on the spot. The Aligarh police that probed the incident later released a footage that was recorded on his helmet camera. The police say that his bike had achieved a speed of 294 kms per hour. However, one thing that can be seen in the video is that the YouTube’s helmet had some issue - Throughout the video, he can be heard saying that he is facing difficulty due to the helmet. While the high speed at which the bike hit the divider played a role in his death, his helmet too failed to protect his head. According to reports, the helmet itself had broken and failed to protect his head from injury.
