AIIMS Raebareli About Us All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Raebareli in Uttar Pradesh was approved in February, 2009 under Phase-II of Pradhan Mantri Sawasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) at an approved cost of Rs. 823 crore. The State Government had agreed to provide 148 acres of land. A Gazette Notification was issued on 13th August, 2013 for establishment of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences at Raebareli. Prof. Dr. Arvind Rajwanshi Executive Director Prof. Dr. Arvind Rajwanshi did his MBBS from the Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) in 1977. He did MD Pathology from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh in the year 1981 and did MRCPathology in 1994 from Royal College of Pathologists, London.

The Department of Pediatrics at AIIMS, Raebareli is committed to provide state of the art and most advanced healthcare services in various pediatric specialties and sub-specialties. Our department is committed to offer comprehensive and integrated training in the field of General Pediatrics, Neonatology, Pediatric Critical care and various other Pediatric specialties such as Pediatric Nephrology, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Hemato-oncology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Pediatric Pulmonology and many more. AIIMS Raebareli's main campus is located in Munshiganj, Dalmau Road, Raebareli. The main campus is spread into different locations containing the OPD block, main hospital block, medical college, administrative wing, hostels, faculty and staff quarters. AIIMS Raebareli's Residential complex, staff quarters, hostels, mess building, hospital, medical college etc. construction was completed as of March 2021.
