No way to contact customer care

Form past so many days I found out that airtel is preventing users from contacting Customer care. I requested them to terminate my broadband connection on 6 Apr, on 12 Apr they called me and assured that I will get 1000 GB bonus data for 1 year. but today my 150GB data exhausted and I am trying to reach them over 198, 121, and their Email Support team and twitter/FB handle. They even suspended my broadband connection on 10 Apr for balance overdue which was in Negative 0.19 Rs, I already paid 648 instead of 647.81 Rs on 4th Apr, but I was fixed the next day. I am really fed up with them and their service and want to switch to another ISP. and the problem is I am not able to contact them through any medium. they are not replying on FB and twitter. in this lockdown situation, I want the seamless experience of broadband. Any help would be appreciated from you guys here. I live in lucknow. yeah. haven't used that app. another member of the forum recommended it to me when i was having issues earlier this week. this app seems to be the one they are likely to push now. you first self-diagnose and then register a complaint. this entire system of self-diagnosis and ai bots based support is creating huge problems getting support. it looks like airtel would not directly register a complaint from broadband customers in future. you would have to go through the app first and then only you would get a chance to register a complaint. this is just as bad as the airtel thanks app. it makes i...

Address: 78/8 mohit nagar, dehradun This is to bring into your notice that i have applied for It's been almost 20 days still i haven't receive my refund amount and they are again asking me to wait for another 8 days. Is this the way, customer should be treated? Firstly, you are not providing us with the fibernet service at the price you promised and secondly when we try to opt-out and ask for refund they ask us to for more 20 days to wait.
