I have stayed here in Block A in January 2023. They do not maintain any kind of hygiene specially toilets/bath, Stinky bedsheets, morning struggle for hot water. I think they have another building in the same premises and most of the reviews are based on that. I kindly suggest to verify before you plan to stay there. Look out for better places to stay at. This advertisement of bhakta Nivas and phone number are Bogus and Fraud sone by the fraudster in which phone numbers are mentioned and the devotees should not book any online booking as there is no online booking done by the Bhakta Nivas and we have came accross the cheating is being done to honest person and devotees who are booking for the rooms and amount transferred to the QR code are fraud done by wrong person and the advertisement appearing should be banned and the written complaint letter also submitted to Bhakta Nivas Akkalkot and please take the appropriate action and block the same at the earliest. Thanks. General hall accomodation isn't at all recommended. They have shatranji laid out in a hall. The shatranji is full of dirt, torn at many places, unwashed for months, foul smelling due to spillage of food on it. It's better to sleep on the floor there. But again, it's impossible to sleep for the amount of mosquito's present in the room. Only plus point, ultra hot water available for bathing in morning esp. during winter. Non AC rooms are economical but cleanliness needs to be improved. AC rooms are way expensive, not reasonable.Walking distance from temple.Kids playing area n garden available.Surrounding area maintained clean.Huge Parking area.Recommended to have food outside of city.COVID precautions needs to be improved. Bhakta nivas of akkalkot is little away from temple, at a distance of about ten minutes . Rooms are comparatively large ans spacious and well maitained. Pillow covers beds befsheets and blankets found to be clean.and well washed , Surrounding garden also is beautiful . Surprisingly I found no mosquitoes in the garden. As this place is away from temple area you feel lonelyness. Amazing and clean place to stay, you gets 3 bed in a rooms with attached bathroom and you can go for extra mattress if needed, also if there are more members looking for a stay then there are options of renting a huge hall or huge room, they have AC rooms too but have not tried them, I go every month here and the stay is pleasent. The room was real pathetic. On the name of Swami Samarth its a loot. They charge 800rs for nom ac room which is ok but no fans also working properly, toilets are uncleaned. No hygenic. For ac they charge way beyond the expections which is 2600 also a worthless place to stay. Just the atmosphere they created is to show the tourist an attractive one.Havent slept the whole night even after travelling the whole day in train n being exhausted. Not at all recommended.
