Came here especially on my birthday to see the Himalayas at sunrise. 10/10 would come again, the interiors are beautiful and make your stay truly special. The service was really good, we enjoyed drinking coffee on the terrace watching the sunset. The rooms are impeccably done, would recommend for anyone who wants a unique experience and wants to feel they've truly stayed in Sikkim, where the architecture reflects the culture and landscape. The hotel food was amazing, we ate parathas and had a heavy breakfast. This fairly new hotel is built in a stunning position high up on the side of the valley with glorious views of Kachenjunga. We had a lovely suite with wonderful views in every direction. The staff were friendly and helpful, very attentive. We felt quite cold early morning and evening, we asked that dining room doors be closed and that helped. There was a wonderful fluffy blanket in wardrobe which we added to bed so we were very warm.
