The Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony

The Graduation Day ceremony commemorates the precious moments of the little ones, and offers an opportunity to celebrate the culmination of their preschool years and the beginning of new experiences to come. On Thursday, 2nd May, 2019, the school hall wore a festive look, illuminated with shining faces of kindergarten students of Iqra English School for Girls , as the school celebrated the Graduation Day Ceremony of their KG students. The event commenced with the recitation of Quran and National anthem. The students sang and performed English and Arabic songs. The little ones performed exceedingly well and the audience was spell bound by their singing and acting skills and above all their confidence level. This was followed by the little graduates walking up the stage to collect their certificates and gifts from the Principa Indeed it was an event to be remembered by teachers, parents and the little graduates for a very long time. The parents in return appreciated the tremendous efforts made by the teachers and students.

Preparation, organization and collaboration are the keys for a successful event. Based from the gathered data, I made an outline to guide the host for a smooth flow of the program. Take note of the following: • There should always be program guidelines and script to be used in any events for a clear transition; • There should be appropriate adjectives prepared in introducing the speakers.
