REET 2021: The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan has specified the complete scheme and pattern of REET in the official information brochure. Candidates preparing for the upcoming exam may note the details of the exam pattern in the official information brochure. The exam is being conducted for two papers where Paper 1 is for those who aspire to be a teacher of Class I to V while paper 2 is for those who aspire to be a teacher of classes 6 to 8. Candidates appearing for paper 2 have to choose any one among the subjects of maths and science or social science depending on their preference to become a subject teacher in. The According to the exam guidelines of BSER, the REET 2022 exams will be conducted in two levels. Level one paper is to be conducted in the second shift, i.e. from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Level 1 exam is conducted for teachers eligible to teach classes first to fifth. The REET Level 2 is scheduled for the first shift, i.e. from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The level 2 exam is for the teachers eligible to teach classes sixth to eight. The question paper will consist of 150 objective-type questions. There is no negative marking for wrong answers and every correct answer carries one mark. To answer 150 questions, Candidates will be allotted 150 minutes. The paper will consist of five sections- mathematics, child development and pedagogy, language 1, language 2 and environmental studies. Contrary to the last few years, the REET scores are valid for a lifetime. Till last year the scores were valid only for three years. This year, the vacancies have increased from 32,000 to 62,000.
