Bunch of Icompetent bsnl employees sit here,any issue regarding bsnl service take longer time to get resolved or never get resolved,recently i went to meet an official for surrendering my service there was differently aibled employee/officer on ground floor whose work is to solve broadband connection problem ..i used to talk him with due respect in hindi i was saying him AAP and in reply he was using TU TERA TUM illmannered words ..i was shocked with that behaviour of him. After all, the government man only does government work, I had to get a fiber connection, thats why I went. But the shameless employees there just know how to take free salary, not to work. None of the officials gave me good advice, but no one even entertained well, everyone was sending each others plans to ask. Then we came back and got Airtels fiber broadband installed, after all, who was harmed by this, the government employee or the government.? My Phone is out of order for three weeks. Called the SDO of the Hukulganj area, no avail so we went here directly. Seemed everyone sleeping and one had to wake them up. No one wants to leave the room heater/Blower. Forget the work let the customer suffer is the attitude !! No wonder Govt. wants to get rid of it !! It is BSNLs main administrative, technical and commercial building.
