I made online booking, the response was very good. Stayed for 2 nights in winter. Staffs were very co-operative. Rooms were large, clean. The hotels has lift also which is a plus point. The roof top garden with sitting arrangement is another plus point. Food was good. Lastly, the location, very convenient. Just walking distance from the famous market area and is on the main road. Enjoyed my stay. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Over all the stay was good at this hotel, there was nothing we would complain about the rooms, but as the subject says it's clean, neat looking hotel which brings a smile to your face, but it is managed unprofessionally. Would surely review it elaborately, so that anyone can chose to stay here subject to their like. Pro:- 1) one of the few hotels with a lift. 2) very friendly staff. 3) food is very economical and taste is also good. 4) rooms are clean. 5) rooms have a lot of elements of wood, like wood flooring, which keeps the room in overall warm. 6) all the electronics in room like TV, geyser are in very good condition and are almost new. 7) very near to the main market, MG road. Taxis stand is near by. Preferred location. 8)… The hotel was average. Stayed there for 4 nights. Elevator was not working on 4th day. That was an issue as our room was on 5th floor, and my mom could not climb the stairs. So she have to stay in the room for the whole day. Food was average and not much to offer.
