From the moment we stepped out of the airport the service has been exemplary. Lynn from the front office welcomed, briefed us about what the resort has to offer, and personally dropped us off to our beach suite. The Junior suite featured an outdoor shower and jacuzzi, that had its own private terrace with sun longes overlooking the beach. Shuaan from Rehendi restaurant was very attentive of our preferences, my morning coffee arrived as I was about to sit with my first plate of food. Rehendi Buffet selection was great, a mix of international and local cuisine. The Salad and dessert station had their own A/C room. I also had a great treatment at Chavana Spa, Ita was very mindful of the comfort and pressure during the balinese massage. It was a splendid vacation.
