No Need For People To Visit Govt Offices, Now: Chouhan

Indore: Chief Minister On the occasion, the CM laid foundation stones and inaugurated different projects worth Rs 332 crore along with announcement to supply Narmada River water from Alirajpur and Jobat tehsil. “Now, people won’t be needed to visit government offices for their works” Chouhan said, while launching the second phase of ‘Mukhyamantri Jan Seva Abhiyan’, and, added that in the first phase launched on September 17, name of around 83 lakh people were added as beneficiaries in different schemes. “With launching of the second phase, the officials and public representatives will visit every village to extend benefits of different schemes to the eligible people” he said, adding that special camps will be held in all the Panchayats between May 16 and May 31. The CM mentioned that from June 10, the beneficiaries of ‘Ladli Behna Yojana’ will start receiving Rs 1,000/month. Bhopal: Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that distribution of approval letters under the ‘Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan’ will begin on December 2. Acceptance letters of ‘Jan Seva Abhiyan’ and benefits of the 38 schemes included in the campaign would be given to beneficiaries, he said, while reviewing the preparations for benefit distribution and PESA awareness campaign under Mukhyamantri Jan Seva Abhiyan in Betul on December 2. Chouhan said that voluntary organisations should play an active role in the execution of the provisions of PESA Act in the tribal-dominated areas of the state. “PESA Act has been implemented for empowerment of tribals. Implementation of its provisions will bring a positive change in the lives of tribals. An awareness campaign is being run by the state governmentand voluntary organisations should also co-operate in spreading the information,” said Chouhan. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said people of the state will not have to make rounds of government offices as camps on welfare schemes will be organised at village level to extend benefits to eligible persons. The chief minister’s announcement came at a programme held as part of Mukyamantri Jan Seva Abhiyan (CM public service campaign) in Dawalikhurd of Burhanpur district on Saturday. On this occasion, the chief minister flagged off a vehicle carrying a vaccination team deployed for prevention and control of lumpy virus skin disease in cattle. He also felicitated the persons who have donated lumpy virus vaccines. The CM appreciated the collector of Burhanpur district for satisfactory implementation of the schemes. He said that excellent work has been done in the construction of Amrit Sarovars (village ponds) and supply of water to every household of rural areas of the district. He also congratulated the team of officers-employees who “did a good job”. Chouhan e-dedicated 1,284 works of water conservation and the Amrit Sarovar scheme worth more than Rs 31.18 crore. Seva Abhiyan: 2nd Phase Of Cm Public Service Campaign To Begin On May 10

Bhopal: The second phase of Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan (Chief Minister public service campaign) will start from May 10. Service delivery camps will be organised in all the field offices providing 67 services to the citizens identified in the campaign. The campaign will run till May 25. The General Administration Department has issued instructions to department heads, commissioners, collectors, panchayats and urban bodies for successful operation of the campaign. It has been said that banners of the second phase of Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan should also be put-up in all the offices. All collectors will nominate specific nodal officers for each office in their districts where the camps will be held. Information related to the applications of the identified 67 services which are pending online or offline in the respective offices before the start of the campaign for their disposal during the campaign and each day's disposal will be recorded on the portal. Recording in the redressal of applications for prescribed services received during the campaign period will also be ensured in the portal. The number of the camp of the district will also be registered on the portal. Suitable arrangements for seating and drinking water etc. will also be made for the applicants coming to each office. BHOPAL: CM “The Centre and our government are working on the philosophy on Sant Ravidas — ‘Aisa Chahun Raj Mein, Jahan Mile Saban Ko Ann, Chhote Badon Sab Sam Base, Ravidas Rahe Prasanna.’ (I want such a rule, where everyone gets food, small and big people live on equal terms and everyone remains happy.) Our resolution is the welfare of the poor. While addressing the event, Yadav said that Bharatiya Janata Party is determined to serve people, good governance and welfare of poor people. To ensure that no poor, eligible beneficiary is left out of welfare schemes, the Jan Seva Abhiyan was launched, aimed at changing the lives of the poor.
